Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, admission, transfer, and discharge by performing system entries in SAP, EMR, and related healthcare systems.
- Provide professional payment processing and financial counselling for surgical procedures and services, supporting a smooth and transparent patient experience.
- Coordinate outpatient appointment scheduling and inpatient bed bookings to support timely admissions and continuity of care.
- Proactively contact patients prior to scheduled procedures to confirm admission timings and reinforce fasting and preparation instructions.
- Organise and prioritise patient registration timings in alignment with operating theatre and procedural listings.
Clinical Support - Support Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy (Endo) listings and daily operational services.
