Must Have

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems analysis, application architecture, and large-scale IT solution delivery

Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 architecture, design, implementation, and support

Deep functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor

Proven experience leading PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade initiatives and enterprise-wide modernization projects

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and Classic Plus User Interface frameworks
