The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimising multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across The Hype Society’s client portfolio. This role is designed for a senior agency-trained marketer who is highly autonomous, performance-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts while collaborating closely with Australian-based strategists and account leads. This role is hands‑on and execution-focused, with strategic input expected as accounts scale.
