Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmes Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentation Work on progress forecasts and prepare rolling programmes Prepare weekly & monthly report to update, track and report project progress against planned schedule Prepare & develop micro-programme for specific trades for site planning & coordination Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program Monitor timely submission of drawings & materials with approvals Monitor project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules Carry out in the overall interfacing and coordination works aligning to the baseline schedule with respective discipline in charge Prepare & deve...
