As a Tier 2 Support Specialist, you’ll handle complex player cases escalated from frontline support,
ensuring timely and professional resolutions while keeping players informed.
What You’ll Do
• Resolve complex and escalated player issues from Tier 1 support with professionalism and accuracy.
• Analyze player feedback, assess issue type and priority, and escalate to technical or development teams as needed.
• Monitor issue resolution progress and communicate updates to players clearly and promptly.
