Overview Overall support to the Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser (SJF) Centralized Investment Advisory (CRIA) team which includes direct senior portfolio management support to Director, Supervising Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Managers, and project management and administrative support to the team and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct preliminary portfolio assessment, research, and pull information and data from various available sources to assist Portfolio Managers (Zephyr / Bloomberg /Morningstar and/or Thompson One)

Prepare, create and customize various internal reports (Power BI / MS Forms / MS List)

Extrapolate research reports from various sources to assist in KYP for “Suitability Assessment” by the registrants.

Provide input to the portfolio analysis and recommendation process (process enhancement)
