Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for post-contract activities in Dubai. The suitable candidate will have a strong background in cost control, estimation, procurement, and commercial management across villa developments, residential buildings, and high-rise projects.

The role requires at least 7–10 years of experience and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying. Candidates with consultancy backgrounds will be prioritized.
