Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution for events and shows across multiple venues (e.g., Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Adventure Cove, Resort-wide spaces).
- Conceive, develop, and defend creative concepts that align with brand and guest experience objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring high-quality, innovative content to life.
- Contribute creatively to marketing and publicity plans for events and shows to ensure maximum outreach to target markets.
- Ensure that budgets of Events or Shows are adhered to, reducing costs and maximizing revenue to support RWS business objectives.
- Able to recognize and meet both internal and external customers’ needs, and consistently strive to offer assistance to achieve high-quality events and shows.
