What You Will Do

• Implement flow-down of Approved Technical Data in compliance with P&W Repair Process Standard Work
• Drive and execute cost reduction projects, including development of new repair methods and products
• Review, improve, and implement Work Instructions (Standard Work)
• Provide timely technical support and resolution to operations cells
• Perform scrap review processes and provide disposition recommendations
• Analyse product serviceability and lead initiatives to improve product yield
• Support quality escape incidents and customer warranty investigations (RRCA, DAISE)
• Partner with operations to mitigate EHS risks and identify improvement opportunities
• Implement and maintain Process Control and Certification (ProCert) for products
