Senior Processing Engineer

Our client is looking for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Team Leader who oversees PCB assembly production lines, managing operators to meet efficiency and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate, program and troubleshoot SMT machines (pick‑and‑place, printers, ovens, AOI).
• Ensure IPC standard compliance.
• Mentor staff to improve performance.
• Coordinate with engineering staff on problem solving.
• Order stencils from engineering files.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with engineers on problem solving.
