- Proven experience in subcontractor procurement, including detailed scope and contract understanding
- Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate and compare complex packages
- Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency
- Capable of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with clarity and precision
