Key Responsibilities - Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Balance short‑term GTM needs with long‑term platform strategy.
- Lead product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Define PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality releases.
- Design user experiences that abstract Web3 complexity.
- Define and track core product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention).
- Act as the single source of truth for product decisions across teams.
