The AWS FinTech team is seeking a bright, self-driven, and collaborative Sr. Product Manager-Technical to build and scale an AI-driven headcount management application at Amazon. Headcount management at a global scale is complex, with multiple systems, mechanisms, and processes that often do not provide the flexibility that individual teams or organizations require to run their businesses.

We are building the next-generation headcount management application for the future, one where Agentic AI is not a feature, but a foundation.
