1. Ability to Collaborate Across Teams


2. Able to design timelines and execution strategies for initiatives and testing


3. Able to structure work for Agile delivery that is transparent to Stakeholders and Squad


4. Acts as True "Owner" - Taking Initiative, Acting Independently, Driving both Product Strategy and Tactical Delivery


5. Agile Experience: SAFe, Scrum, or Similar


6. Background in Lean/6Sigma to drive design decision and process optimization


7. Create and Present on Complex Topics Using Data and Evidence


8. Strong Communication Skills
