Under the direct supervision of the Director of the Division for People, and in close coordination with the UNCTAD Digital Government Programme (UNDGP) and relevant national counterparts, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating the implementation and strategic development of the UNCTAD–UNITAR Digital Government Capacity Development Programme. The role ensures coherence across country projects, training activities, partnerships, and resource‑mobilisation efforts, and maximises the effectiveness of digital government and its contribution to the 2030 Agenda.
