Study and review MEP drawings and specifications for correct execution.

• Raise RFIs for design clarifications and coordination issues.

• Supervise MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, ELV.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors for integration with civil and finishing works.

• Review contractor submissions such as shop drawings and test reports.

• Verify installation quality and raise corrective actions when required.
