We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Capex and maintenance projects.

This role is ideal for someone with contractor-side experience in pipeline, civil works, or water infrastructure construction who can manage field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of pipeline and civil works projects for Maynilad
• Manage daily coordination with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure timely completion of capex and maintenance works
• Coordinate with engineers and inspectors for site activities and approvals
• Manage project documentation, billing preparation, and accomplishment reports
• Support preparation of cost estimates, bids, and project planning
• Troubleshoot site issues and ensure projects stay on schedule
