The incumbent will provide commercial and operational support for project logistics activities, including handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting tenders, and overseeing the execution of specialised cargo movements. He or she will ensure project freight requirements are met efficiently and professionally, contributing to the overall business objectives in delivering customer solutions and operational excellence.

• Handle customer Requests for Quotation (RFQ), both external and internal, and prepare accurate and timely quotations.
• Support the Head of Department in tender submissions, including Request for Proposal (RFP) and RFQ exercises.
• Manage and coordinate full spectrum of freight operations involving Air, Sea, and Road transportation.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and operational requirements in a professional and timely manner.
