The Senior Project Manager will be working on large-scale residential projects, including housing association developments and build to rent schemes, typically ranging from 150 to 400 units. This Senior Project Manager role would suit a capable Senior Project Manager who can take ownership immediately, manage clients confidently, and deliver both pre-contract and post-contract project stages. The successful Senior Project Manager will join a structured team that includes senior leadership support, while still being trusted to lead projects independently.
