Job Description
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary delivery partner for the Streaming Intelligence product line and Data Platform, converting roadmaps into actionable project plans.
- Lead end-to-end program management for AI pipeline initiatives, including model evaluation cycles and benchmarking programs.
- Manage vendor integration workstreams, tracking deliverables, SLAs, and roadmap alignment with external AI partners.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination across product, engineering, data, design, and QA to ensure aligned execution.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and incorporating AI tools into delivery workflows.
- Track and report on product line KPIs, including accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, and content coverage.
