1) Lead the Project Team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents
2) Day to day project management, include liaison with all parties involved in the project (include the Architect, Designer, Consultant, Main & Sub Contractors, Supplier and other M&E Contractors,etc)
3) Attend Site Meetings
4) Preparation of work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
5) Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing department.
6) Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
