Job Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Manage issues and problems that may arise Review client's specifications for adherence to capabilities and provide construction alternatives when necessary Conduct conference calls with clients and attend client-facing meetings with Sales/Client Create project scopes for complex individual projects Conduct regular meetings with vendors when needed Monitor and suggest improvements to...
