Overview

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients’ data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety performance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial, and support functions
• Act as primary client and stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment
