Senior Project Manager

Job Description

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience, focused on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
  • Experience building and leveraging AI agents
  • LLM experience (CLAUDE, Co-pilot, Chat GPT) in relation to AI expertise
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
  • Metric driven team management using Agile methodologies
  • Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Significant experience managing budgets
  • PMP/CSM a plus
