Mission of the Role
As part of HPS solution integration projects, the PMO contributes to the planning and monitoring of resource allocation schedules and ensures the follow-up of project execution and budget management for a project portfolio, in coordination with operational Project Managers.
The role aims to support efficient project governance, ensure compliance with client commitments, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, quality, cost, and timelines.

1. Project Organization & Governance
Contribute to project organization to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare project planning and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) together with the Project Manager during the pre-study phase.
Participate in the implementation of project governance processes and project management methodologies.
Identify, assess, and manage risks related to the project portfolio.
