RTL Group are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Civils) who is responsible for the full management and successful delivery of allocated civil engineering projects within the region, reporting directly to the Regional Director.

This role will lead all aspects of project execution, including commercial management, HSEQS compliance, programme delivery, resource planning and management of client and supply chain relationships.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands‑on leader capable of driving operational excellence, mitigating project risk and ensuring successful stakeholder engagement across major civils and infrastructure schemes.
