Senior Property Accountant

trak group is partnering with a growing organization to fill a Senior Property Accountant role on a direct-hire basis. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, ESOP participation, and 401(k) matching.


Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple properties in accordance with GAAP, tax basis, and company policies

Maintain property-level general ledgers, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Serve as the primary point of contact for the asset management team on all financial matters

Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements with variance analysis
