ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a central London residential portfolio comprising four developments, including three Higher Risk Buildings operating within the Building Safety Act regime. The role offers hands on exposure to some of the most significant areas of modern residential management, including building safety compliance, façade remediation projects, and stakeholder coordination across complex developments.
