Your new company A large service provider in the Worthing area with public sector links. Due to movement, a Senior Prosecutions Solicitor is required on a permanent basis. Your new role You will manage a varied caseload of criminal and regulatory matters from investigation through to conclusion. This will include preparing cases for prosecution, attending court, and seeing matters through to sentencing and appeal where required. The role sits across both sides of the process. You will be responsible for bringing prosecutions on behalf of the business, as well as handling defence work when the organisation is subject to regulatory action. You will either conduct your own advocacy or instruct and manage external Counsel, depending on the nature of the matter.
