Responsibilities
- Communicate with impact, build and maintain strong relationships and influence others to deliver great outcomes for our people.
- Influence others and constructively challenge.
- Take the lead on advising the business on employment relations issues (e.g. misconduct, performance, sick leave and change management).
- Coach and build the capability of frontline leaders on HR matters.
- Work across the PX team to deliver on key initiatives.
- Take a lead role in developing PX advisors.
