Responsibilities

• Communicate with impact, build and maintain strong relationships and influence others to deliver great outcomes for our people.
• Influence others and constructively challenge.
• Take the lead on advising the business on employment relations issues (e.g. misconduct, performance, sick leave and change management).
• Coach and build the capability of frontline leaders on HR matters.
• Work across the PX team to deliver on key initiatives.
• Take a lead role in developing PX advisors.
