Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical works, including materials, labour, plant, and subcontractor components.
  
• Develop cost plans, pricing strategies, and value engineering options to enhance bid competitiveness.
  
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including tender review, pricing, submission, and post-tender clarification.
  
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full compliance with client requirements.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to obtain competitive and technically compliant quotations.
  
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations during pre-tender stage.
  
• Identify key risks, exclusions, and assumptions, and incorporate them into tender submissions.
