Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (MEP) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs contracts and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track construction costs
• Prepare and analyze tender documents
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Collaborate with project teams

Requirements:

• Diploma B.E or equivalent
• Proficiency in PlanSwift
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of MEP construction practices

Preferred Candidate:

• Currently residing in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
• Any nationality
