An established Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Administrator to support project pre-contract delivery, cost control, and internal operations.
This role focuses on documentation, cost management, and coordination rather than site-based construction work.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, experienced in PQS, and enjoys a structured, hybrid working environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a PQS / consulting environment, strong exposure to cost planning, BOQs, and tendering
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying; SACQSP registration advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative and organisational skills, advanced MS Excel/Word, QS software familiarity (WinQS, DimX, or similar)
