Job Responsibilities: Manage and prepare cost estimates for tender submissions. Lead, guide, and review trade cost comparison sheets to ensure they follow the specifications and drawings, with no exclusions. Source, assess, and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to secure timely and competitive quotations
. Carry out quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works, and prepare detailed cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and requirements. Review and verify the quantity take-offs prepared by Quantity Surveyors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
