The Role

• Take full commercial ownership of a live residential construction project
• Lead the scheme from current stage through to final accounts
• Act as the commercial lead, reporting into the Commercial Manager
• Manage an Assistant QS supporting with admin and smaller packages
• Oversee major packages – including M&E and RC frame
• Transition onto a new project following GW2 approval, taking it through to completion
