Job Description
Responsibilities - Collaborate with the construction team to prepare accurate Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Open Tender documents.
- Identify and engage potential tenderers and subcontractors by sending RFQ invitations to ensure competitive bidding.
- Manage and resolve queries and clarifications between tenderers and the construction team during the RFQ stage to facilitate smooth communication.
- Organize and coordinate post-tender interviews involving tenderers, construction, quantity surveying, and contracts teams to support decision‑making.
- Assist the Quantity Surveying (QS) and Contracts Managers in handling quantity surveying tasks related to Sub‑Contracts, Works Orders, and Purchase Orders for accurate contract management.
