Senior R&D Electrical, Electronic Hardware Design Engineer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. System & Sub-system Design - Develop and design electrical circuit, panel layout, power contribution unit (PDU) 1-phase/3-phase system, including EMC/EMI filtering and safety interlock circuits for semiconductor R&D equipment. - Integrate motion control hardware (servo/linear drives, encoders, actuators) for high precision and accuracy on overall machine system design. - Knowledge in motion control system is preferable. - Prepare BOM, electrical schematic layout drawings, test procedure, installation manual and other design documents for design traceability. - Hardware component selection based on thorough understanding of product functionality, application and customer specification. 2.
