The Recruitment Senior Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the university’s strategic Talent attraction planning. The role ensures effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and university policies. You will be directly managing your business requirements as a trust Recruiting partner and be proactive strategically in advising your stakeholders on Process, talent market trends and expectations.
