Position Summary

The Team Head is a senior corporate banker responsible for driving new business origination while supporting the Business Head in supervising the Large Corporates Team as deputy. This hybrid role combines a strong hunter focus on New to Bank acquisitions for large corporates with hands-on team leadership and credit oversight.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the allocated KPIs by driving New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisitions and growth in outstanding loan assets, derivative products and cash deposits. Optimize growth in gross interest income and fee-based income.
• Assist Business Head in supervising and coaching relationship managers to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
• Assist Business Head in leading Large Corporates to achieve the allocated KPIs in terms of loans outstanding, gross interest income, fee-based income and NPL ratio.
