This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll be a quality champion embedded directly within engineering — influencing how we build, not just what we ship.

You won't manage a team, but you'll shape how the entire engineering organisation thinks about quality — from ideation to production.

What you'll own

Drive end-to-end testing strategy for complex distributed systems — proactively surfacing risks, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks.

Embed quality early — participate in ticket grooming, feature discussions, and design reviews with Product and Engineering teams.

Design and execute integration and performance testing strategies for distributed services, including service virtualisation.
