What the day will look like

+ System Ownership & Technical Administration: Oversee d‑Risk system maintenance (patches, upgrades, version control, stability) and conduct UAT for new releases. Configure workflows, forms, notifications, and automation. Monitor performance, uptime, data integrity, drive optimization and digitalization, and ensure SLA compliance with the vendor.

+ User Management & Vendor Collaboration : Act as the main liaison with the US‑based d‑Risk vendor. Manage the full user lifecycle (accounts, roles, permissions, deactivation) and support onboarding, training, and adoption for ~100 users across 12 EMEA co...
