The Senior Risk Manager is a key role, providing support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in leading the risk function and shaping the organization’s risk agenda. The Senior Risk Manager provides independent oversight, expert guidance and constructive challenge to the business, ensuring that risk management is effective, forward-looking and embedded into decision-making, strategy execution and change initiatives.
