**Job Description**
This is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated individual to join the Intelligence & Security Sector as the Safety, Health, & Environment(SHE) Specialist Sr within our Integrated Sensing & Flight Systems Business Unit. This position will be based out of our manufacturing / aviation facility in Mojave, CA. Reporting to the Sr. Manager for Safety, Health & Environment that supports the Air & Space Force Solutions Business. This role will collaborate with the larger SHE Department to provide technical and professional support to BAE Systems managers and employees to improve the Safety / Health of our employees, ensure Environmental risks are mitigated and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

This position will observe a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and 1-day a week work from home option after 90-120 days.
