As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Operations team partnering with both Sales Leaders and Account Executives to drive success. This role will report to the VP of Sales Operations and work closely with all other parts of Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Commissions, Order Processing and the Sales team. Key areas of focus include driving CRM data integrity and hygiene, supporting the execution of strategic sales programs, and leading the review and calculation of sales incentive programs and complex compensation plans not supported by internal systems. You will also manage account allocation and quota‑setting processes, ensuring alignment with coverage models and revenue targets. Additionally, you will support sales leaders and sellers through reporting, analysis, and operational guidance, while contributing to customer satisfaction and overall go‑to‑market effectiveness.
