Role Summary
Responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Salesforce platform solutions (CRM, CPQ, FinancialForce, Experience Cloud). This role ensures high-quality engineering outcomes, alignment with architecture standards, and consistent delivery across squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and best practices
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce technologies including CRM, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and JavaScript
- Drive adoption of Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git-based version control
- Design and oversee integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services, and microservices architecture)
