About the role

Francison Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to join our established Project Controls division supporting the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) — one of the largest community college construction programs in the nation.

This position is based at Los Angeles Southwest College and plays a critical role in managing and monitoring project schedules across active capital construction programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule
• Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims
• Participate in change order negotiations
