Recognized cross-functional expert in Specialized Nutrition, Powder Blends and Powder Solutions.Solid technical knowledge of product processing, ingredients, and ingredient interactions, as well as continuous self-driven knowledge building.Management and coordination of the development of innovative solutions in Food & Beverage applications from concept to production, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, effectiveness, and timelines.Recipe and raw material management for quality assurance.Standardization and strategic expansion of the product portfolio.Independent planning, coordination, and organization of innovation and product adaptation projects, including documentation and evaluation.2.
