Job Description
As a Senior ServiceNow (SecOps) Consultant, You Will:
- Design, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Workspace, including custom views, dashboards, record producers, and workspace components.
- Develop and optimize SIR Playbooks using Playbook Designer and Flow Designer, including branching logic, automation, approvals, and guided response actions.
- Configure and support Security Operations modules including Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Configuration Compliance (CC).
- Build security incident classification, enrichment, correlation, and automated remediation workflows.
