The Client:Global Service Now Consulting & Implementation partner with its new Cape Town office as the hub of Service Now operations expertise, supporting client engagements and Service Now solutions.
The Role:You will work closely with the Head of Practice and the Head of Operations, taking ownership of the technical delivery of enterprise-level Service Now projects. You’ll guide technical engagements, ensure high-quality solution design and delivery, and drive successful outcomes for clients.
