Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
• Process sales order with using SAP system.
• Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in a sales-related environment
• Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of shipment documents.
• Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
• Assist in following-up on sales-related issues and complaints
• Work closely with business managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
• Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting managers.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 5 years and above related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries. Experience in sales support role within the palm oil, oleochemical, petrochemical, or pharma...
